The Client Care Administrator will support and assist the wider Client Care team to deliver successful small works projects and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. In this role, you will liaise with clients and contractors to schedule works, prepare budgets and administer requests. This is the entry role in our Client Care career pathway, which offers support and mentoring to facilitate building confidence and competency in project managing client requests and assist the wider business in resolution of defects. This role has the opportunity for progression on a pathway to running your own small works projects and independently managing client accounts.

* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).

Minimum Requirements
* A Level (A-C) or equivalent in maths or science.
Salary: £24k-£26k subject to qualifications and relevant experience.
Based in Bath, our creative crew work on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound building refurbishments.
