Fundraising Officer
Contract: Permanent
Hours: hours per week (working 3-5 days per week, with occasional evenings and flexibility around hours required to meet the needs of the service).

Location: Norwich (with a county-wide remit)
Salary: Starting salary £29,670 per annum (pro rata) with incremental progression based on performance to £31,905 per annum (pro rata)

MAP is looking for a Fundraising Officer to join our Development Team. The successful candidate will be supported to secure income in line with MAP's strategic priorities. This will principally involve researching potential funders and compiling evidence to support the need for funding; writing applications, and developing and maintaining relationships with a variety of funders.
The Fundraising Officer will also undertake administrative duties such as maintaining spreadsheets, event support, and will provide general administrative assistance to the Development Manager. Additionally, they will work closely with the Communications Team, to promote MAP's impact and further relationships with funders.
Our ideal candidate will enjoy writing and undertaking research, be an excellent communicator; methodical, organised, flexible and creative in their approach to work.
