What We're Looking For: * A minimum of 3 years' proven experience within children's residential care. * A relevant NVQ Level 3 or ideally Level 4 in Children's Residential Workforce. * A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding best practices. * A highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to your work. * Exceptional people management skills with a hands-on leadership style. * Experience managing budgets and rotas effectively. * A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. * Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-in duties to meet the needs of the children.
