Acting as a trusted partner, the Product Director leads cross-functional teams to innovate, optimise, and expand product offerings, using data-driven insights to enhance engagement, profitability, and market competitiveness. They will act as the key advocate for product excellence, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategic objectives while identifying new opportunities to enhance the business portfolio. To be a successful Director of Procurement & Supply Chain we'll want to see: Strategic Leadership Oversee the development, launch, and performance of products including bowling, food, drink, and amusements, ensuring profitability and Review space within our centres to look at new products that complement our customer profile Commercial Performance Review existing supplier relationships and building new ones to ensure the best product range for our centres and customers. Assessing pricing policies to maximise GP's and revenues Hold responsibility for driving volume and footfall conversion levels for all product categories Innovation & Development Lead cross-functional projects and identify new product opportunities to deliver compelling customer experiences Ensure the Company employs market-leading technology which genuinely adds value to both operational efficiency and Customer experience Customer & Market Insight Product innovation keeping pace with consumer trend and reacting to positive and negative trend Utilise data, feedback, and market research to inform product decision The Who Hollywood Bowl Group has a passion for bringing families and friends together for affordable fun and healthy competition.
