Job Title: Mechanical / HVAC Engineer - Facilities Location: Ashford, Surrey/Middlesex Package: £46,000 Overtime AP/CP training Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm About the Role: I am seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial building based in Ashford/Twickenham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company, with scope to develop and learn further building services. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical & HVAC systems. Carry out Mechanical PPM and repair tasks relating to pumps, AHUs, FCUs, calorifiers & more. Assist with occasional maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and further statutory electrical systems. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota to provide emergency support. Requirements: NVQ (Practical & Theory) Level 3 equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing/Heating Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role. Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and regulations. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
