The Role
You’ll be instrumental in building and optimizing our inbound marketing engine—ensuring that advice and guidance charities can discover, engage with, and benefit from our AI-driven solutions.
* Create and implement data-driven strategies to develop low-friction customer acquisition through various digital channels, events, and partnerships.
* Develop a culture of experimentation and testing to identify new growth opportunities.
You’ll work closely with our product and commercial teams to create high-impact marketing campaigns and content that position Wyser as a market leader, spark meaningful conversations, and attract new customers.

What will you’ll be owning
Content Strategy & Execution – Work with cross-functional teams to develop and distribute high-impact content, including social, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership
HubSpot & Marketing Automation – Manage and optimize HubSpot, automating lead nurturing, tracking engagement, and ensuring seamless integration with other tools.
Inbound Marketing Operations – Design and refine lead-nurturing workflows, email automation, and content distribution strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
Lead Scoring & Segmentation – Develop smart segmentation models to personalize outreach for different charity types and partners.
Campaign Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor funnel performance, attribution, and marketing ROI, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
SEO & Content Optimization – Collaborate with the content team to enhance blog posts, landing pages, and resources for better discoverability and engagement.
Tech Stack Management – Oversee integrations between HubSpot and tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Zapier, and AI-powered engagement platforms.
Sales Enablement – Support the commercial team by developing pitch decks, briefing notes, and materials aligned with the sales funnel.
Client Engagement & Retention – Shape the client experience, messaging framework, and communication strategy to turn customers into brand ambassadors.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in marketing operations and demand generation (preferably in a SaaS or mission-driven startup).
Strategy to execution - You are happy devising strategy, but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves and executing.
HubSpot expert – You know how to build workflows, segment audiences, and optimize automation for maximum impact
Data-driven & analytical – You are obsessed with marketing metrics, lead scoring, and conversion optimization inside out.
Creative storyteller – You have exceptional writing skills and can craft engaging, persuasive content.
Self-starter & problem-solver – You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking initiative and making things happen.
Experience in AI, B2B SaaS, or the tech sector – You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
