Srotas Health is building an AI workforce for clinical research.
We are a Fully venture-backed and Innovate UK grant funded, plus revenue generating startup.
Our presence is across the US, UK and Europe.
The problem we are solving:
80% of clinical trials are delayed because sites cannot find the right patients fast enough. Behind every delay is a patient who waited too long for a treatment that could have changed their life. We started Srotas Health because we lived that reality a family member diagnosed with cancer, no clinical trial found in time. That experience drives everything we build.
We have spent three years building the only end-to-end AI platform in this space from patient identification through to recruitment in one place. We launched in the US market in October, closed real contracts, and have paying customers and active pilots running across research sites today.
Our platform helps clinical research sites, site networks, CROs, and healthcare organisations identify eligible patients, automate recruitment workflows, and engage patients through AI agents across voice, SMS, email, and web.
We are an high-conviction team building technology that genuinely matters. This is a role for someone who wants to be close to customers, close to product, and close to the growth of the company.
The Role
We are hiring a Growth Product Manager to help Srotas turn customer conversations into product improvements, successful deployments, stronger adoption, and commercial growth.
This is a customer-facing product role that sits at the intersection of product, customer success, and early go-to-market.
You will work closely with the founders, technical team, clinical advisors, customers, and commercial team. You will help us understand customer needs, shape product priorities, support onboarding, improve usage, and bring product insight into demos and customer conversations.
You own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and AI. You define the what and why, engineering build the whole thing. That means your PRDs need to be clear, your feature prioritisation solid.
This is not a traditional product role focused only on internal roadmap management. It is also not a pure growth marketing role focused only on acquisition funnels. It is a hands-on, early-stage role for someone who enjoys building from 0→1, working directly with customers, and helping a product grow through real usage and customer value.
What You’ll Work On
Customer Discovery & Feedback
You will spend meaningful time with customers, understanding how clinical research teams work, what slows them down, and where Srotas can create the most value.
You will capture customer feedback, identify patterns, and translate what you learn into clear product insights for the wider team.
You will help us stay close to users during pilots, early deployments, product launches, and expansion opportunities.
Product Execution
You will work with the founders and engineering team to turn customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and delivery priorities.
You will help keep product cycles organised by supporting roadmap discussions, release planning, internal documentation, and follow-through.
You need to understand the technicals, and should be comfortable working with engineers, asking sharp questions, and bridging the gap between customer needs and technical execution.
Customer Onboarding & Adoption
You will help onboard new customers, support pilot launches, track usage, identify adoption gaps, and ensure customers are getting value from Srotas.
You will work closely with customers during early deployments, helping them understand the product, configure workflows, collect feedback, and move from first usage to successful adoption.
Your goal will be to make customers feel supported, heard, and confident in the platform.
