The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of selling into the construction and building refurbishment market. Performance Objectives Identify and target businesses that require the company's products. Generate and develop sales opportunities. Secure orders in line with company processes and management-set targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the designated company CRM system. Participate in internal sales and operational meetings. Attend client meetings as required. Represent the company at industry events, including exhibitions. Person Specification Professional, articulate, and well-presented. Strong numerical skills. Ability to quickly learn and understand the company's product range and relevant market legislation. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Effective team player. Proven track record of sales success. Proficient in IT and CRM systems. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own schedule. Knowledge of the construction and refurbishment markets. Experience in a sales-driven environment. Prior experience in selling to the refurbishment market is essential; experience in the joinery Market is desirable. Knowledge of fire prevention products is an advantage.
