Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Medical Writer (Med Affairs) to work across various therapy areas, creating high-quality, scientifically accurate content aligned with brand goals.
Responsibilities:
* Confidently work in multiple therapeutic areas, leading discussions with clients and external experts.
* Manage complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
* Develop compelling narratives from complex information, balancing storytelling within regulatory frameworks.
* Review junior writers’ work, providing constructive feedback and supporting their development.
* Challenge and advise clients on effective messaging strategies.
* Lead scientific discussions, capture briefs, and progress content efficiently.
* Present work confidently to clients and articulate scientific stories clearly to non-scientists.
* Identify new business opportunities and support strategic development.
* Mentor junior team members and support project management to meet deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in medical writing within an agency environment.
* Masters in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field; PhD preferred but not essential.
* Excellent English, IT skills, and familiarity with Veeva (not daily).

Our hybrid model combines in-office and remote work, fostering collaboration and flexibility, with expectations for in-office presence in US and European hubs for those nearby.
