Job Description We are seeking an experienced and diligent Planning Process Lead to join our organisation. In this key role, you will manage our routings and BOM's planning processes. You will focus on operational excellence and ongoing improvements across our supply chain and manufacturing operations. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimisation of routing and BOM planning processes across the organisation to achieve outstanding results! Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between planning, manufacturing, and supply chain functions Analyse current planning methodologies and find opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Build and maintain routing structures that support production scheduling, capacity planning, and cost optimisation Coordinate the configuration and maintenance of routing data within enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Develop and deliver training programmes to ensure collaborators understand and effectively utilise planning processes Monitor important metrics related to planning accuracy, lead times, and resource utilisation Collaborate with collaborators to gather requirements and translate them into process improvements Conduct root cause analysis on planning issues and implement corrective actions Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on process performance and recommendations Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new planning methodologies and systems Ensure compliance with organisational standards and guidelines in planning operations
