We are recruiting for a Casual Chef at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Fawsley Hall Hotel is located in Northamptonshire, boasts four AA Red Stars and a two‑star AA Rosette restaurant, and is home to one of the Midlands’ best destination spas. It offers kitchens that are back‑of‑the‑hand familiar to senior chefs.
About You
* You have current base knowledge and experience of kitchen work within a quality‑driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
* You are enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities, adopting a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.
* You can impart your knowledge to junior members of the team.
* Your finger is on the pulse of the latest trends, with a desire to learn the next big thing.
* You have a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate guests’ needs and deliver a Hand Picked experience.
