Gods of Grip is a premium strength and grip training equipment brand trusted by athletes, coaches, and facilities worldwide. We design and manufacture specialist training tools used across strength sports, climbing, rehabilitation, and performance training.
We're now looking to grow our wholesale and facility presence across the UK, starting with the North West.
The Role
We're seeking a driven, personable Sales Manager to lead B2B outreach to:
* Gyms & strength facilities
* Physiotherapy & rehabilitation clinics
* Climbing walls
* Sports performance centres & academies
Your mission is simple: build relationships, secure stockists, and grow recurring B2B revenue.
This is a field-focused role with autonomy, flexibility, and strong earning potential through commission.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new B2B customers in the region
* Book and attend face-to-face meetings and product demos
* Present Gods of Grip product range and wholesale opportunities
* Close stocking agreements and reorders
* Build long-term relationships with decision makers
* Maintain a simple CRM / pipeline of opportunities
* Provide feedback on market demand and opportunities
What We're Looking For
* Proven B2B sales or business development experience
* Ideally experience in fitness, sport, or performance sectors
* Confident communicator and negotiator
* Self-motivated and organised
* Comfortable working independently
* UK driving licence preferred
Compensation
* Competitive base salary (depending on experience)
