Key Responsibilities: * Stock Control: Oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock-related risks, and ensure all processes meet the highest standards. * Security Management: Protect site assets and coordinate security measures, including theft investigations and compliance with security protocols. * Auditing and Compliance: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and lead external audits for GDP compliance. * Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify stock discrepancy trends and implement preventative measures. * People Management: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and leadership to the Service Centre team.
