Service Advisor opportunity in Aldershot for Vehicle Dealership
Pay: £32 - £34k Basic + Overtime for Saturdays worked
Hours: 7.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday - 45 hours per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at x1.50 overtime

We are currently recruiting for a professional and dedicated Service Advisor to join a reputable vehicle dealership in Aldershot. Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of £34,000 plus overtime
2. Opportunity to earn an OTE of around £36,000
3. Working hours from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 45-hour workweek
4. Paid overtime for Saturday shifts at 1.5 times the standard rate on a suggested 1 in 4 Saturdays
5. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties:
7. Providing exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for service clients
8. Booking in vehicles and managing service scheduling efficiently
9. Advising customers on necessary repairs and services, ensuring transparency and trust
10. Liaising with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
11. Upselling additional services where appropriate and boosting customer retention
12. Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with the dealership’s standards
Requirements:
13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy workshop or dealership environment
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and excellent customer service skills
16. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
17. Previous experience with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is desirable but not essential
