The role of Portfolio Analyst – Central Portfoliowill include:
1. Providing programmes with high quality assurance and support
2. The development and maintenance of appropriate tools and best practice processes to aid the effective delivery and coordination of the Portfolio
3. Providing high quality management information and analysis to all stakeholders on the Technology Portfolio, as well as specific programmes or projects
4. Working with a variety of stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group
5. Supporting planning and resource management across the department to ensure the completion of strategic objectives
6. Maintaining Risk & Issue information across the portfolio
7. Establishing standardised processes across the portfolio
8. Working closely with Programme Management team
9. Provide guidance and training to the project delivery community and other stakeholders on PMO best practice
Skills and experiences:
10. Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
11. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
12. Proven experience of delivering services for a Portfolio, including medium to large scale projects/programmes
13. Working knowledge of producing progress reports and management information
14. Good organisational, project management and planning skills
15. Intermediate user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
16. Working knowledge of Visio, Project and Teams

29. Role salary is £37,414 with an additional policy allowance of £1,346 per annum (rising to £39,383 with an additional policy allowance of £1,417 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
