Experience teaching primary level maths is highly desirable, as many of the students require foundational support. While previous experience working with students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), particularly those with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), or ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), is not essential, it is highly valued.
