We are actively seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive (SAE). The role will report directly to the Director of Sales, EMEA. SAEs may work from a remote office within the United Kingdom. The role will require periodic travel as necessary (expected 30% - 50%) across the Theatre/Region to meet with prospects and clients.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive to sell our world-class service offerings within the Retail & Consumer Goods sector across UK and Ireland. At Rimini Street, we sell service solutions that increase our clients return on investment in world class technologies such as Oracle, VMWare and SAP.

The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence and the ability to meet/exceed quotas. The candidate must be hungry and have a passion for winning. We need someone that can be very hands-on, does whatever it takes to build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term sales plans and execute on them with our prospects. The candidate must be able to build pipeline to capture new logos and expand our business with our solution portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience, selling new and innovative enterprise services and solutions into the VMware, SAP and/or Oracle ecosystems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services by developing your territory with the support of field marketing and your own planned outreach
2. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and working with lead generation team. Developing your own sales qualified leads is a strong requirement.
3. Establish a dialogue with prospects and understand their unique goals, problems, and needs
4. Provide and guide prospects’ strategic vision to drive them toward the RSI solutions
5. Use company provided assets to create or customize compelling sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral for specific sales opportunities
6. Drive the Rimini Street sales process by working collaboratively with functional peers (Sales Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to successfully win an opportunity
7. Implement and utilize current Social and Digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities via Social Networking platforms
8. Be an expert in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to develop your own unique outreach in your territory
9. Update and track all activities in our Salesforce CRM tool
10. Leverage Clari or similar sales efficiency tools to help manage your opportunities
11. Accurately forecast and meet quarterly and annual sales commitments
12. Be a continuous learner that embraces enablement and staying up to date on the latest technology, products, offerings, and selling tools/skills

Experience

13. Depth of overall sales experience
14. Command knowledge of the enterprise services industry
15. Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement

Skills

16. Strong territory and account planning skills including ability and passion for prospecting
17. Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives, procurement, legal, and line of business representatives
18. Ability to engage prospects with a consultative sales approach
19. Have strong writing and presentation skills
20. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
21. Proven experience with Social and Digital selling techniques
22. Deep knowledge of key prospecting and selling tools
23. Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
24. Very strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitude
25. Ability to leverage supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing, Business Development, and Inside Sales
