We’re looking to offer a salary of £50,000 per annum, and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Upskill onsite training team to deliver workshop style training programmes across all areas of development
* Influence speed to competency measurements by implementing training documentation that provides support and guidance
* Liaise with the central L&D team to work towards organisational directives to meet GXO requirements
* Provide Health & Safety focus throughout all training to keep colleagues safe at all times
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Level 5 CIPD or equivalent
* Excellent communicator with experience in coordinating and delivering site wide training events
* Understanding of warehouse functions at a high level to produce detailed documentation fit for purpose
* Ability to build business cases to justify expense of training with cost benefits associated and look at return on investment
