Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What You'll Do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Bristol office, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen and match candidates for roles in the construction and M&E sectors
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
Develop new business through networking and sales activity
Work alongside experienced consultants to learn best practice and industry knowledge
