We’re looking for a driven Legal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk covering in-house legal roles across London (Central & Greater), Kent, and parts of Essex. You’ll be placing top legal talent into commercial businesses – from Legal Admins and Paralegals to General Counsels. Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly. Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice. Network extensively to build a robust client base and drive sales, ensuring a steady stream of business opportunities.
