We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on food preparation and service. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the hospitality establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery
* Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and baristas, to maintain high culinary standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
* Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to meet customer demands efficiently
* Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and service
* Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
* Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the establishment
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and culinary arts
* Strong supervising experience with a focus on team management
* Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Experience in serving customers with a strong emphasis on hospitality
* Familiarity with kitchen operations and barista duties is an advantage
