Description
You will play a key role in providing first-line advice, support, and guidance to our diverse client base on a wide range of employee relations issues. Working as part of the Response Team Leader, you will ensure client queries are handled efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality, timely HR advice, documentation, and support across all client-related matters.
* Assisting with ER activities, leading case management to ensure best practices, fairness, and legal compliance.
* Updating client documents annually with legislative changes and maintaining internal documents in line with current legislation.
* Drafting offer letters and contracts, managing onboarding and exit processes, advising on right-to-work checks, and inputting new starter information into HR systems.
* Processing leaver administration, handling queries, and supporting exit interviews.
* Managing benefits administration, including employee enrolment, salary reviews, bonuses, and contracts.
* Coordinating with payroll providers as required.
* Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems and managing personnel files.
* Tracking DBS checks, supporting assessment centres, and providing ad hoc team support.

Skills, Knowledge And Essential Expertise
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related qualification (desirable).
