This is a role for an
Account Manager
with proficiency and experience working in the
Digital/Tech sector
– awareness and/or experience of other communications including Insight, and Content/Creative, Technology and/or Marketing Services, would be advantageous. Demonstrable agency experience with digital is a must.

Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact
* Develop a deep understanding of our clients aims and ambitions, issues and challenges
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and results
* Working collaboratively with the wider CDS operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction related to service delivery/support services across CDS clients.
* To develop 'higher and wider' client relationships across your nominated accounts.
* Flexibility and innovation to respond to customer needs, often travelling to customer sites to work with them to develop and agree solutions.
Requirements
* Essential
* 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in a digital agency environment
* Strong understanding of digital, data and technology solutions and delivery approach
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proven track record of client retention and account growth
* Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
* Desirable
* Experience in highly regulated or compliance driven environments.
* Familiarity with government frameworks (e.g. G-Cloud, DOS) and associated commercial models / restrictions / opportunities.
* Experience leading technology enabled transformation programmes.
* Proven experience of working with / leveraging technology partners (and their teams) to enhance delivery outcomes. Ability to foster strong relationships with key technology partners, ensuring CDS Tech is positioned as a leader in delivering brilliantly where these technology solutions are prevalent.

Vetting
Due to the nature of this role and the business, you will need to either currently hold UK Government clearance to a minimum of SC level or be able to undergo and maintain this level of clearance.
