Job title: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

What will you be doing?
-Take strategic ownership of full product lifecycles, from concept through to production and in-service support
-Lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems aligned with certification and regulatory standards
-Oversee prototype builds, testing programmes and data-driven design improvements
-Guide suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality, cost control and on-time delivery
-Produce and approve detailed CAD models, manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
Are you the ideal candidate?
-Qualified and highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with Strong expertise in loads, materials, fluid dynamics and thermodynamics
-Advanced proficiency in 3D/2D CAD (Autodesk Fusion preferred) plus FEA/CFD capability
-Proven track record delivering products into volume manufacture using modern techniques (CNC, additive, moulding, casting)
-Hands-on marine or harsh-environment experience, with an appreciation for consumer-focused design and ergonomics
