About The Role:
We are delighted to be working with a leading interior design studio, renowned for its work across luxury residential and bespoke hospitality projects. They are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their London team, bringing creativity, precision, and leadership to some of the most prestigious projects in the industry.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Creative Director and senior leadership team, leading high-profile projects from concept through to completion. You will be client-facing, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering beautifully crafted interiors of the highest standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level designer to take ownership of prestigious projects and grow within a highly regarded studio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead high-end residential (and occasional hospitality) projects from concept to handover
* Work closely with the Creative Director, contributing to the design vision and ensuring it is executed to the studio’s exacting standards
* Manage mid-weight and junior designers, offering mentoring and guidance to support their professional development
* Oversee the delivery of detailed design information, drawing packages, schedules, and specifications
* Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, representing the studio with professionalism and confidence
* Produce and check technical drawings, CAD packages, sketches, and elevations
* Drive project programmes and budgets, ensuring all deadlines and contractual obligations are met
* Develop FF&E schemes, material palettes, and interior architectural detailing
* Nurture strong supplier relationships and stay ahead of emerging trends in design and architecture
* Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities as required
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects (hospitality experience advantageous)
* Strong technical knowledge across both interior architecture and FF&E
* Confident client-facing skills, with the ability to manage and exceed expectations
* Excellent CAD and drawing skills, with strong attention to detail
* Commercially aware, organised, and able to lead teams with clarity and authority
* A creative thinker who is also highly process-driven, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
