Job Overview

Personal Assistant, 6‑month fixed term contract, Milton Keynes office. Support our Directors with diary and email management, report input, accommodation booking, briefing organisation and ad‑hoc admin duties.


Responsibilities

* Diary and email management for Directors.
* Collate and input information for reports.
* Book accommodation and organise briefings.
* Assist with ad‑hoc admin duties.


Qualifications

* Experience in an EA or PA role.
* Knowledge of Document Management systems.
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Time management to work to deadlines.
* Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail.
* Good organiser and collaborative working essential.
* Disability Confident.
