Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate – Boutique Private Equity
Leading boutique private equity firm in Central London is looking for an investor relations Associate to join the Investor Relations & Fundraising team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partners and play a pivotal role in shaping the global fundraising strategy, LP communications, and brand presence.
Duties
* Partner with leadership to drive end-to-end fundraising efforts across Europe and beyond.
* Create compelling investor materials – from PPMs to co-investment decks
* Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices and internal teams.
* Lead the planning and execution of high-profile investor events in London and Europe.
* Elevate the brand through PR, ESG initiatives, and strategic communications.
* Manage investor data, reporting, and compliance with precision and care.
* Liaise closely with the deal and finance team in London and Europe
* Elevate existing processes and establish best practise
What we are looking for:
* Circa 2-4 years’ experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets within PE, VC, or related sectors.
* A natural communicator with exceptional writing and presentation skills.
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Strong academic background, Graduate essential, and a track record of professional excellence.
* A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and detail-oriented.
* Strong technical skills, innovative and with excellent financial acumen
* Motivated to being part of a boutique team in constant 'start up' mode with 5 days in office
* An entrepreneurial mindset
