Total Staff services are looking to recruit a Night Preparation Stager for our client based in Runcorn, this is a permanent role.
* Main responsibility is for sterilising machines and rooms ready for the next day's production in an Aseptic Clean Room Unit.
* Working with the Aseptic suite, you will be gowned to the standard required to follow the Compan SOP
* Assist in the post-production strip down of cleanrooms ready for hygiene routines to be undertaken
* Assist as required, in the undertaking of cleans in all graded ares of the Aseptic Unit
* Cleaning and preparing of cleanroom cabinets, machines and isolators ready fo production
* Prepare bill of materials for the following days production
* Transferrin raw materials for production into the compounding suites
Experience:-
* Aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan
* Trained in manual handling procedures
* Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH familiarity
* A good understanbding of cGMP requirements
* Basic verbal and written communication skills
Salary is £36,252
This is a nights role Sunday-Thursday night 2300-0700hrs
