We are currently recruiting for full time, permanent days Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our site in Rugby. You will be working Monday to Friday, 0800 till 1430.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Organise your team to efficiently and safely perform all tasks
2. Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles with customer orders
3. Working with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment including FLT
4. Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required
5. Always treat warehouse and team safety with paramount importance
What you need to succeed at XPO:
6. FLT licences desirable but not essential
7. Proven previous Team Leader experience
8. WMS & MS office experience
9. Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
