Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a dedicated Support Worker to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group KIWI Children Services. The Support Worker will play a key role in helping meet the emotional, social, educational, and physical needs of young people, ensuring they have every opportunity to reach their full potential. The Support Worker will play a key role in providing care that aligns with the Childrens Homes Regulations and Care Standards 2015, adhering to OFSTED requirements. As a Support Worker, you will build positive and empowering relationships with young people, promoting a therapeutic model of care. You will implement care plans and risk assessments, support educational development, and act as a positive role model. Engaging in recreational, social, and domestic activities, the Support Worker will help young people develop essential life skills and achieve positive outcomes. The Support Worker will also liaise with parents and partner agencies, maintain high-quality records, and stay informed about the latest childcare practices.
