Our client is a market leader providing high efficiency Humidification, dehumidification and HVAC products to their clients across the UK. They treat their Engineers well and pay door to door, working from your home. Due to growth and expansion plans the company would like to recruit a well-motivated INSTALLATION Field Service Engineer to provide customer support and technical back up to customers.
Main responsibilities:
• Attend site as instructed to carry out servicing, repair, installation, commissioning and planned maintenance of humidifiers and dehumidifiers throughout the UK.
• Bring any issue affecting the equipment’s performance or safety to the user’s attention and recommend suitable remedial actions.
• Provide written reports summarising the work done, parts used, remedial work and corresponding parts required on completion of each service call.
• Complete all relevant and necessary in house or external training tasks within specific timescales
