Sales Executive Required in Poole, Dorset!

As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your car sales experience to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve impressive targets. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £20,000 with an on-target earning (OTE) of £50,000+, reflecting your sales success. You will work Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis,
Key responsibilities include managing a considerable inventory of used vehicles on-site, engaging customers effectively, and driving sales excellence within a vibrant dealership setting.

Required Skills:
6. Proven experience in car sales, ideally as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive
7. Strong communication and negotiation skills
8. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
9. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
10. Drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Nice to Have Skills:
11. Main Dealer experience
12. Knowledge of the Dorset and surrounding markets
13. Additional certifications related to automotive sales
Preferred Education and Experience:
14. Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership environment
Other Requirements:
15. Valid UK driving licence
16. Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled
17. Willingness to learn and adapt as the dealership expands its offerings
