Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring a Project Coordinator! This position will be based out of our Halifax location, reporting to the Architectural Operations Manager.
A Day in the Life:
* Complete take-offs/estimates for assigned projects.
* Follow up on single scope projects.
* Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets.
* Preparing and following-up on quotations and tenders.
* Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process.
* Communicate frequently with the Metals team to obtain and share knowledge and information.

What You Bring:
* Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field, or have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a construction environment.
* Good communication (verbal & written).
* Computer aptitude (Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, etc.).
* Basic estimating/mathematical skills.
* Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications.
* Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
* Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
* A career‑minded individual with a focus on continuous growth and development.
