We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing team, with a strong focus on rental revenue growth and new business acquisition across the professional audio‑visual sector
This role is centred around maximising revenue from existing client relationships, while also re‑engaging inactive or quiet accounts and developing new opportunities within the AV rental market.
The successful candidate will have a passion for the AV industry and a strong understanding of the rental environment across lighting, video, audio, and rigging solutions.
Drawing on our extensive inventory and leading industry brands, you will work closely with rental companies, production houses, installers, resellers, and professional users to deliver tailored solutions for both short and long term rental requirements.

Ideal Candidate
* Experience within the AV, events, live production or rental sector.
* Proven background in account management, sales, or business development.
* Confident reactivating historic relationships and creating commercial momentum.
* Strong knowledge of professional AV equipment and rental workflows.
* Comfortable managing both new business pipelines and existing account growth.
* Strong administration skills, attention to details.
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and relationship focused.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through regular engagement and upselling.
* Drive new rental business across the AV sector through proactive account management.
* Reactivate dormant or low-activity accounts, rebuilding relationships and uncovering fresh opportunities.
* Promote the full rental catalogue across Video, Audio, Lighting, and Rigging.
* Arrange customer meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
* Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers across client organisations.
* Using existing knowledge to offer viable alternative products to secure rental and sales confirmations.
* Support wider commercial opportunities including sales, lease, and pre‑owned equipment solutions.

Working Hours
Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hours), based in High Wycombe with UK travel required.
