About You
Are you a Senior Care Assistant considering your next career step? Do you want to develop your skills, knowledge, and earning potential?
HC-One offers a Trainee Nursing Assistant role with a comprehensive development program designed to upskill senior care workers to undertake more clinical responsibilities under supervision, including administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care.
On successful completion of the program, your salary will increase.
To qualify for this program, you need:
1. Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
2. At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially involving medication administration and shift leadership
3. Understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislative/regulatory requirements
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to complete safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns as needed.
