IT Infrastructure Sales Specialist Hybrid Cloud, Datacentre & Infrastructure Solutions Up to £60k Basic Car Allowance | OTE £86k–£128k | Remote-First | UK-Based You know your way around IT infrastructure sales. We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Sales Specialist ready to accelerate their career as part of a high-performing sales team. Someone who knows how to build strong relationships, solve real problems, and close meaningful deals – all while working with a first-class vendor and partner ecosystem. What the Role Involves This is a business development-focused role, with a balance of warm client opportunities and scope to build your own pipeline. You’ll work with mid-market to enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions across hybrid cloud, datacentre, compute, storage, virtualisation and networking - with a particular focus on HPE. What Sets Our Client Apart A high-calibre technical team that delivers on what you sell A respected channel partner with real market credibility Ownership of the full sales cycle, from discovery through to close Who We’re Looking For Minimum two years’ experience in IT infrastructure sales (e.g. datacentre, storage, hybrid cloud) Understanding of HPE solutions - or the motivation to learn fast Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and develop opportunities Confident communicator, both technically and commercially A relationship-first mindset - you build partnerships, not just pipelines What’s on Offer £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (DOE), plus car allowance Realistic, uncapped OTE between £86,000 and £128,000 Clear commission structure with full transparency Product and sales training, with certification support Hybrid working: remote-first, with monthly meet-ups (Northwest or Southwest) Exposure to key vendors, including HPE and VMware 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension, electric car and cycle-to-work schemes Team socials and regular in-person kick-offs The Culture You’ll report directly to a Head of Sales who is hands-on, experienced and invested in your success.
