Part time Support Workers Required Ref No 47560
To provide a flexible support service to an adult male with an acquired brain injury. Acting in an enabling capacity, the role will be to help organise appointments and correspondence; and motivate and support the client in accessing leisure, health and social services, as part of an individual programme plan.
Previous experience working in a care environment is essential.
Day shift applicants must have a full driving licence.
Hours of work:
2 x Day shift: minimum of 18 hours per week across 2 shifts with possibility of increasing hours.
1 x Waking night shift: 26 hours per week 2 x night shifts per week (week 1 Friday & Saturday) (week 2 Tuesday & Wednesday)
Rate of pay:
£16.00 per hour weekdays
£17.00 per hour Saturday
£18.00 per hour Sunday
£17.00 per hour weekday night
£18.00 per hour weekend night
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
