Senior Marketing Manager (B2B)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus

We’re partnering with a growing, award-winning B2B consultancy working with global brands and agencies to deliver insight-led strategies that drive commercial impact.
Blending research, marketing, and communications, the business has built a strong reputation and is now looking for a senior marketing hire to lead and evolve its function.
The Opportunity
A hands-on Senior Marketing Manager role with ownership of an established function.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver and optimise the existing marketing strategy
* Drive B2B campaigns, content, and demand generation
* Manage events, partnerships, and brand activity
* Manage and develop a small marketing team
* Own budget, performance, and demand generation
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B marketing experience
* Line management experience
* Strong generalist skillset (content, campaigns, digital)
* Background in agency, consultancy, or professional services (ideal)
* Commercial, proactive, and comfortable in a hands-on role
