Job Description Equifind has partnered with a leading British fund manager based in London to recruit a newly qualified Management Accountant. The firm manages several billion in client assets with a small yet agile team. Their investment strategies are wealth preservation, focusing on long-term investments in equities, bonds, and derivatives. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a recently chartered accountant to join their team. This newly created role will be integral to a team of highly qualified professionals, many of whom have contributed to the firm's impressive success. What will I be doing? Assist in the preparation of management accounts and board packs for the Partners. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Take ownership of the year-end audit process and assist with corporation tax returns. Collaborate with the Finance Director to submit FCA and other regulatory filings. Manage the processing of purchase invoices, employee expenses, company credit cards, and execute the weekly payment run. Handle climate reporting, including annual sustainability and social responsibility disclosures. Support a variety of ad hoc financial analyses and projects. What's in it for me? Excellent report writing and able to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders. Ability to deliver quality in a fast-paced environment. Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements. Experience in preparing management account and key performance data. Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills.
