Your Role and Responsibilities
Take ownership of your success as a trusted Specialist Mortgage Advisor, acting as the main point of contact throughout your clients' mortgage journeys. Your day-to-day will include:
* Building and nurturing long-term broker relationships to drive business growth.
* Managing the full client journey from application through to successful completion.
* Advising on capital raising products and expertly packaging specialist mortgage cases.
* Conducting thorough underwriting, affordability assessments, and ensuring meticulous compliance and case documentation.
* Consistently hitting and exceeding financial and performance targets.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a highly motivated, commercially-minded professional with:
* CeMAP 1, 2, and 3 qualifications (essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.
* Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and coolness under pressure.
* The drive and commercial awareness to generate new business.
* Integrity, professionalism, and a talent for building lasting relationships.
