Your Role

* Act as Duty Manager regularly, overseeing daily operations.
* Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to.
* Maximize member experience through effective team leadership.

About You
We are looking for an Operations Manager who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
* Is skilled in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
