Hello, wonderful grown-up! 👋
We're the bright, curious kids atOnly About Children Highett, and every day is an adventure! From our seven indoor learning spaces to our outdoor play areas with planter boxes, a bike track, and dedicated zones for Nursery, Toddler, and Kindergarten, we love exploring, creating, and discovering. We cook, build, paint, and investigate, and we love a fun along the way! 🍃🎨🦋
We also love connecting with our local community – trips to Woolworths and local businesses and adventures in nearby parks – all with our amazing educators and allied health specialists supporting every child to learn, grow, and thrive.
But… we can't have all these adventures alone. We need grown-ups with big hearts, patience, and a love for wonder to join our team as an Inclusion Support Educator and help every child shine, no matter their abilities.
Here's what we need our grown-up helpers to do:
🌱 Support every child – work directly with children with additional needs, helping them engage fully in learning activities and implement individual learning plans.
🎨 Create inclusive learning experiences – collaborate with educators to adapt programs, share insights, and ensure every child can participate and thrive.
💖 Partner with families – be a bridge between home and school, helping families feel supported, included, and informed about their child's learning journey.
🌟 Grow with us – engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in inclusion, behaviour support, communication strategies, and understanding diverse needs.
As our Inclusion Support Educator, you'll also:
