Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + 20% bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager – Washroom Flushing Systems will involve:
* Area Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of washroom flushing systems
* 65% of your time will be spent selling to / generating specification with M&E consultants, specifiers, M&E contractors & FM contractors
* The remaining 35% of your time will be spent selling through plumbing & heating merchants such as: Wolseley, BSS, City Plumbing etc
* All order back sold through the merchant channels
* Dealing with typical order values ranging from £10k - £250k+
* 100% concentration on sales for commercial projects such as hotels, leisure facilities and public sector projects
* Taking on a territory looking to turnover over between £1-£2m
* Will be covering Scotland on a temporary basis
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Washroom Flushing Systems experience with:
* Must have field sales experience in the plumbing & heating market sector
* Must be commercial astute
* Must have sold to specifiers, contractors and merchants
* Ideally sold flushing systems, flush control, urinal flush, washroom hydraulic valves, showers, sanitary ware, washrooms or related plumbing products
* not a farmer
