Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
* Support pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Work closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO to implement EHCPs.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
