This is a vital "front-line" role where you will manage reactive maintenance requirements across a high-profile railway contract. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of fabric, mechanical, and electrical faults, ensuring that every issue reported is logged, triaged, and dispatched to the right engineer with precision. Key Responsibilities: * Log incoming faults via email/phone onto the CAFM system and logically allocate them to engineers based on location, skillset, and priority. * Monitor the lifecycle of all work orders to ensure compliance with strict contractual KPIs and SLAs. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field-based engineers throughout the day. * Manage busy helpdesk and personal mailboxes, ensuring all queries are actioned and work is signed off accurately. * Complete daily administrative tasks and reporting to ensure the wider team has full visibility of contract performance.
