Working cross‑functionally, you’ll sit at the centre of our creative output, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating teams, and building processes that enable the creative and marketing teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in creative project management (agency or brand‑side), with proven experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
What you’ll do
* Own the end‑to‑end delivery of creative projects, from initial briefing through to final asset delivery
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep teams aligned and on track
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners (e.g. photographers, creators, production) to deliver high‑quality content
* Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, resourcing, props, and on‑the‑day support where needed
* Oversee the briefing process, ensuring clear, actionable briefs and smooth handovers between teams
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and timelines
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency
What success looks like
* Creative projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
* Teams are aligned, informed, and working efficiently across projects
* Shoot days and productions run smoothly and deliver strong outputs
* Clear, structured processes are in place and consistently followed
* Bottlenecks are identified early and resolved proactively
What we’re looking for
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A solid understanding of creative processes and how high‑quality work gets produced
* Proactive problem‑solver, able to anticipate challenges and keep projects on track
