Our Harworth site have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Controller to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Salary:£31,141
Working hours:Any 5 from 7 days, 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
As the Operations Controller, you will contribute to the success of the site by supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that all schedules for inbound receipts and outbound loads are run efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Operations Controller include:
1. Efficiently managing the outbound schedule to ensure collection and delivery times are met.
2. Issuing instructions to designated staff to maintain a smooth flow of inbound and outbound work.
3. Controlling paperwork for outbound vehicles, ensuring 100% accuracy.
4. Being the initial point of contact for all drivers arriving on site.
5. Communicating issues to Shift Managers in a timely manner to minimise disruption to the schedule.
