Unit Role: Prepare and, at readiness, Generate, Project, Sustain and Redeploy Comd Sp to HQ ARRC FEs in order to ensure success on current and future operations. Position Role: Deliver an effective and inclusive Recruiting process to attract, recruit and nurture Army Reserve recruits and support whole force recruiting activity. Responsibilities: Primary tasks: 1. Run the Sqns at both 93 (Bristol) and 43 (Bath) recruiting pipeline, nurturing and mentoring applicants through attestation and basic training including the administration and mentoring of applicants. 2. Actively assist with the development and refinement of a dynamic recruiting process to include conducting and reviewing the Sqns IPREs. 3. Act as the first point of contact for all new joiners, including ex-regulars, transfers and re-joiners. 4. Manage the relationship with the NRC, ROSO, ACCs/AFCOs and HQ ARTIC (Training Ops and Recruiting Branch), YODA, Army. 5. Manage resources and material to support recruitment and retention, including media and social media. 6. Ensure all recruitment activity is in accordance with Policy. 7. Support Regimental recruiting and assist with community and employer engagement activities as directed by the ROSO. 8. Support the implementation of the CO and subunit Retention and Recruiting plans as directed by the ROSO. Secondary tasks. 1. Carry out all other activities as directed by the CoC. 2.
