As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring learning continues when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for: Delivering pre-prepared work to students across Key Stage 3 and 4. Maintaining a positive and focused classroom environment. Managing behaviour effectively to support learning. Building rapport with students while following the school’s policies.
