Job responsibilities To coordinate the mainstream service for children in the East of the city ensuring staff are deployed in the most efficient way to meet the needs of children To contribute to the development, monitoring and evaluation of pathways of care To be a highly specialist therapist for children with suspected Developmental Language Disorder, providing highly specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention plans To provide line management to SLTs and SLTAs To provide case management supervision and support to less experienced SLTs To supervise the work of Specialist SLTs in the LEAPS specialist role To hold own caseload As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
